KJIPUKTUK (Halifax) -- Through an Access to Information request, the Halifax Media Co-op has obtained a partial travel itinerary and approved budgetary expense request for six high ranking officers from New Brunswick RCMP's J Division to visit their “counterparts” in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, to “learn from their experience with shale gas development.”
